Access creating recordset

I am trying to make a recordset and I got a type mismatch error
Set dbsProject = OpenDatabase("C:\Palslab04\My Documents\Project.mdb&quot
Set rstProf = dbsProject.OpenRecordset("Proffessor", dbOpenTable)

Proffessor is misspelt if that helps. LOL.
(Spelling DOES matter, no matter what office superiors like to tell you - simply because they are ignorant).
