Everything was running fine until I downloaded the SR-1 patch for Office 2000. SInce then I have uninstalled Office twice, using Norton uninstall. I have thenn removed all registry references, rebooted, defragged, and then reinstalled.
While installing Disk 2, I received a message that it was not able to install. The second time, the program ran very slow, but did install disk 2.
But now when I try to use any wizard, the program crashes. It does not mater if it is an old program or a new one.
I really could use some help!
