Access control list to block port 445

Hi all.

How do I program the 8600 (Rel. 3.7.3) to block traffic to port 445? I know this port can be exploited by hackers.

There seems to be a DoS type behaviour occuring on our network where many clients are sending traffic on this port.

I'm new to ACL's and I know they can be tricky.
