Access control list (ACL) error during install

All,

I am trying to install an additional Exchange 2007 Mailbox role server into an existing Exchange 2007 Org and I am getting the following error

Mailbox Role Prerequisites
Failed
Error:
Access control list (ACL) inheritance is blocked for the Public Folder tree object

I browsed to the object in ADSI edit (as mentioned in link below) but the "Allow inheritable permissions from the parent to propagate" was already ticked.

Anyone seen this before ?

Found it .. unticked the "Allow inheritable permissions from the parent to propagate" then reapplied it
