I've started to use the Contact Template that you can download in access by going New --> Contacts. When I open the "Contact List" form there is the handy "Add From Outlook" Link. I click it and choose the folder I want in Outlook and the majority of my contacts will appear but about 25% of them are missing. Is there some sort of filter that is stopping these ones from coming through?
Many of my contacts are also getting duplicated whenever they contain information that isn't allowed for in the template. Such as a second email address or business fax number.
Any help with this template would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading,
