Access Connection ans insert row ...

Hi all
i am a new user of powerbuilder 9 and i connect to Access db throught the odbc connection problem is that i can add new row to db
i used infoemix db and after adding db -> open it -> tables -> employees -> edit -> right click -> insert row used to be enabled
now in Access it is not -> so i cant select the record or update them ...

please help
