Access Code to Dial Out via PRI

OK I am having a brain cramp right now so I need a little help. I have a BCM 400 4.0 that wants to have certain extensions dial an access code to dial out via the PRI (e.g., If warehouse dials 9-X-YYY-ZZZZ, the call should not go through, but if a manager is in the warehouse and needs to dial out they want to dial 5425-X-YYY-ZZZZ and get out). I don't know why but I just can't get it to work. Any help is appreciated.

Use ftr 68, and an access code.

You have to bulid COS passwords then use f68.

Also assign restriction filters to the phones.
