I have attached a Bogen zone pager to port 6 on my Shoretel. I have built the Trunk Group and the individual trunk the same as an existing account with overhead paging. My issue is they use 6831 to page from any telephone in their clinic. This number shows up nowhere in the System Directory. Where did they get it?

How can I use ANY # 1 to 4 digits to allow someone going off-hook to access a specific trunk to allow for DTMF to the Bogen?

Thanks for any clues.

They don't have one entered. They are not using the page port (1/8 RCA) connection on front. They are using a loop-start analog trunk port (6). How do I build an Access Code?

Thanks.
