access code for CO line

Hello,
I worked with UC520 and i connected the FXO port with a PSTN line connected to another siemens standard. i want to konw what is the access code of CO line, because when i make a call from any cisco ip phone it doesn't get automatically the line only when i define a button assignmnt.
