Dear friends
since morning we are getting is issue that our user did not get access 9 when they press 9 to get out side number but it is going to operator 0 please help me to solve this issue
however we are using Meridian 61C PBX
Print off the extension TN details and post it here please. It might be that the CLS CCSA is active or that Pre Translation is enabled and that "9" is pointed to the Operator.
CCSA is usually used in Hotel enviroments, but it's purpose is to prevent unwanted calls from rooms that aren't in use.
or if 9 is no longer configured then in INT_DATA the calls to vacant number (CTVN) is set to ATN. Try printing DNB for 9 see if it is configured, also you may/may not be using Number Zones on later releases (LD 117 and prt numz).
Hi Firebird Scrambler,
yes you are right our console's CCSA is active and by mistake it is enable that button while she is cleaning the console
however soon i will disable CCSA so in future we will not get that problem again
Thanks you very very much for that.
