from my table I made a form using the field list. then I made changes to my table and added fields. i cannot get the new fields on the field list on the forms. online help suggests right clicking on the DB icon and request refresh. in the form design field list it does not allow me to right click.<br><br>(i did not use a query to generate my form)<br><br>Can you please help??? thank you.

Access-Cannot update Field List on Form Design

Why they don't show up in the field list anymore?<br>Or are you getting an Error<br><br>Do this:<br>Open your form in design view.<br>Then Look at the properties of the form.<br>It will have a huge list of stuff.<br>At the very Top is the "record source"<br>Is it the exact spelling of your table?<br>Or does it start with "SELECT ......<br>If it starts with "select" then click the down arrow key and find your table so it just shows your table name.<br>Then you will be able to add your new fields.<br>
