I used the ActiveX calendar control in an Access form to assist with scheduling public events. There is an Outlook calendar that contains blackout dates for the new fiscal year, which I have imported as an Access table. Is there any way for me to use the dates in this table to block the corresponding dates in the calendar control from being selected?

Thanks in advance,
Meshaela

You can check the date against your table in the click event, but I do not think that there is any way to mark up the calendar.

You could try using the dates to modify a non-control calendar, maybe.

There is an Access forms-based calendar that mimics the ActiveX control available for free at - the beauty of this is, being a plain old Access form with a bit of VBA behind it, you can do whatever you like with it, including running additional VBA to blank out the dates of your choice.

Hope this helps.
