Access: Calculating number of work hours

Hi there,

I'm working on a database to track changes to a project. I have fields for EstimatedStartDate and RequiredCompletionDate and would like to automatically populate a Duration field with the difference in working hours between start and completion. Is this possible?
(Go easy on me - I'm pretty rusty!)
