access budget database

does anyone know where i can maybe download a sample of a budget database? im new to access and vba and im trying to learn different types of databases. i've downloaded most of the samples available from microsoft but didnt see any that's related to budget or financial database. any suggestions?
 
What kind of language do you speek!.... I know of one however its written in... Danish.

Buy MS Money for $20, tell them you programmed it yourself. :) Honestly, if your business is small enough, I'd recommend a packaged bookkeeping app.

i just need them right now to practice.

Sorry, let me rephrase: make them use an Excel spreadsheet. I think there's no good examples of this in Access because Access isn't the best place to store simple financial data.

If you're looking for general database practice, look up any other database type. The basics are the same whether you're doing financial data or counting cows; it's all "CRUD" programming (create read update delete).

Sry pseale but I must disagree, there are several accounting systems on the market, written in access - Yes I can run my business - for one.
In Danmark we have 2 or 3 compeeting. One such system is an open source system, even, as I mantioned earlier.
