Access Barred on Mitel

Hi everyone,

I got involved with a problem today where an aspect system has been connected to a Mitel 3300 via DPNSS. When the users try to dial over the DPNSS and break out over a PRI trunk, they get call barred.

I think the telco is barring the trunk to trunk call. I have attached a CCS trace, and it lokks like we are recieving the access barred from the supplier.

What do you guy's think?

Call Barred is either COR, interconnect restriction, or Tenant restriction. I would suspect COR of trunks.

I have been through all of those items and nothing is being barred.

A mitel phone can dial out on that link using the same COS/COR on the trunks from the aspect system Access Barred.

I even took all COR off and still nothing.

From the CCS trace above, the (RI)Route in on trunk 130, which if the telco circuit, we are receiving Access Barred, just want to confirm this.

Assuming the Mitel has the PRI based on your trace. Inbound call on trunk 324 tries to go outbound on trunk 130.

Do the trunks have COS option for Public trunk to public trunk connection?

Am I correct in understanding that you programmed a Mitel set with the same COS and COS as the trunks connected to the aspect system? If not try it.

The call might be rejected by the telco based on Caller ID or number but that would be a stretch. I'm willing to bet you've missed a factor on the Mitel.

don't think it's barring on mitel. from ccs trace looks like the other system is giving access barred. barring on mitel will show access denied.

I digit mod issues maybe?
