Hi,
Might sound silly. Have two remote users whom only should have access to a particular application.
+ Created security group in AD, published the app. Tested, working beautifuly.
Users report that all is well except that they can't create reports.
The published app has the option to create a report to:
+ Microsoft Word
+ Microsoft Excel
+ pdf
Although adobe and the full microsoft office suite is installed on the citrix server and accessible via a published desktop (all users but the remote two have access to this) the published application will 'hang' attempting to generate these reports.
So I thought perhaps if I published the required applications (adobe, word, excel) I would be able to get this to work.
I can access the published applications individually but cannot get the initial application to launch them to create/view the reports.
This seems logical, however is there a method around this without publishing a desktop?
CHEERS!
