I am using Access 2000 – Windows XP and 98. I need to append columns to a Table A from a Table B. Currently I am going into Table B in design mode and copying selected Field Names with their Data Types. I then copy and paste this information to Table A from Design View. Is there a way I can append these Field Names with their Data Types via a query instead of a manual copy and paste?

Thanks

Sure. Take a look at the Append query process.
