At the minimum you would have to have code that executes every Mon, Wed, and Fri., which is your first challenge.
By way of suggestion: You could use an external timer, a comercial type or perhaps something you've written yourself.
A 'home-grown' (do people still do that ?) solution might execute this yet unwritten code daily, and while the code only does 'updates' and 'deletes' on Mon, Wed, and Fri, it might be written so that it informs you that it actually ran dispite having no real work to perform on Sun, Tues, Thurs, and Sat.... hmmm.
