When I take a table of Access database and a schedule it takes a ID admin and I don't know why and I don't know the password.
can anyone help me?

That usually means that CR is having trouble accessing the file. Could be a bad path or permissions problem. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting

What can I do?the data base access is in my hard disc.I don't have any permission defined on it and the path is correct.

thank a lot.

You can run the report, and REFRESH IT from the report designer within INFO. But if you schedule it to run on the SAME PC you get prompted for a password?

This might be a problem with the permissions in INFO. You might want to ask this question in the Seagate INFO forum. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting

Is the Access MDB on the same machine as the Info Server? Are you using ODBC or DB access to connect to it?

One problem I've found is with ODBC connection to MSAccess - they require a mapped network drive, but the Info is running as a service, and it can't see mapped drives. So converting the report to Db access and a UNC DB location made everything okay. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
