Access and Outlook Contacts

I have linked my Outlook Contacts to an Access Database.
When adding a new contact in outlook it updates the db ok
When I add a new contact in access the record in outlook is not correct, it is missing the displayname..
This field on the access db is a generated field.
Any ideas

Are you sure its not the [blue]File As[/blue] field you seek?

As far as I remember and have checked, [blue]File As[/blue] is the display name in contacts! . . .
