I'm working on an Access project that works off Oracle tables.

Everything runs fine I just have one question.

What is the least amount of software that must be on a machine for the access - oracle link? This needs to go on somebody's computer that has limited space.

The smallest install from the oracle installer has 160mb, could it be smaller?

Thanks,
Matt

Nevermind.. after looking at the persons machine, they have a partition with plenty of free space.

All you should need is the Oracle ODBC driver and a path to the TNS.names file, I believe. I don't see why you would need any Oracle software on the client PC.
