Access and Google Maps Mashup

Has anyone seen a database that does not just map one record in a database, but would show many addresses as points on a map?

Let's say I place foreign exchange students, and wanted to see all of there locations at once on a map based on the host family address.

Anyone seen something like this in Access? Or really even on a website might be fine for me, I just want to be able to do it (and prefer it was in or fed from access).

I use Microsoft MapPoint.

We export data from Access into an xls format, then we import the file into MapPoint.
