Is there a way to disable Access's insistence to have this damned replication crap when a database is copied into a briefcase? The result is a copy of the database that is filled with extra fields and that is limited in that I cannot change its design.

All I want to do is be able to have a copy of the database on my thumbdrive that will replace the copy that is on my home computer, not merge the changes in. I an yet another victim of Micro$oft's "bloateverythingsopeoplewillhavetotakeourclassesandgiveusmoremoney" campaign, and I really just want my Access database to function like any other program. Why is that so difficult for Redmond to understand?!
