Hi
On the basis of the information you have given no one can answer your question. You mention Excel, but do not explain what role it has, ie does the data come from Excel or is the data output to excel?
Your mention of labels for 2002, suggest that that year number has been 'hard coded' into the application, if the application is to 'live' beyond next year end (ie 2004) it may be wise to 'do the job properly' and parametrise the year number to avoid the same problem next year. Similarly a 'clear data' button may be a good idea. But based on the information given no one can advise you exactly what you need to do. Regards
