Access 97 vrs Access 2003 3

My company is migrating from Access 97 to Access 2003. Most of our existing Access 97 apps have a fair amount of VBA code. What issues do you think I will encounter when converting these apps to Access 2003?

Thanks for the link. Allen paints a fairly negative image of Access 2003. I would guess this is largely a matter of oppinion, though.

"Most of the bugs that were present in Access 97 remain unfixed... Most of these issues have been present for four years, through three versions and many service packs, so do not expect to see them fixed any time soon."
