Access 97 runtime error on office 2000 machine

I have created a run time version of my database developed in 97. This works on a pc with no Office installed at all or with office 97 installed. The problem arises when it is installed on a machine with office 2000 - Without Access 2000 installed.
When installing this runtime version on the pc, I get errors such as "Wininet.dll is already in use!"

Any Ideas?
