I have a report with 3 levels of grouping with KeepTogether property set to NO. If I decrease the number of records in the lowest level group, the report works fine. If I decrease the top & bottom margins the report works fine. If after decreasing the margins, I increase the number of records in the lowest level group <beyond some magic number>, the report again hangs on the 'Formatting page . . ' message. Report has been running fine for over a year until the number of records exceeded the magic number this week. There are plenty of examples within the report (when it runs correctly) with the group spanning a page boundry, yet somehow the problem appears to be related to the amount of data on a page.

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom
