One of my users is getting the following error message in Access 97 :

- Not enough free memory to update the display

Can anyone help???? I went to Technet and they gave directions to create a macro and use that for the startup forms as opposed to the regular way of it opening up. It seemed to have worked for a while but the problem is back and I am not sure what to do next. The user only has Outlook running at the same time and nothing has been installed/uninstalled since this problem has been happening. Would it be better to reinstall Access 97? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

This is just a wild guess. Since your earlier solutions seemed to work "for a while", could it be your database isn't getting compacted regularly? I don't know if that would use up memory, but it might. Rick Sprague
