One of my users is getting the following error message in Access 97 :

- Not enough free memory to update the display

Can anyone help???? I went to Technet and they gave directions to create a macro and use that for the startup forms as opposed to the regular way of it opening up. It seemed to have worked for a while but the problem is back and I am not sure what to do next. The user only has Outlook running at the same time and nothing has been installed/uninstalled since this problem has been happening. Would it be better to reinstall Access 97? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Would taking this user off of Win 95 and putting them on Windows NT 4.0 make a difference? What about reinstalling Office 97? There is nothing else running in the background so I must say that this is very odd!!!!!!!
Thanks

i hope this isn't too ..... whatever.
is there plenty of space on the HD?
is this with any DB, or just this one?
is the HD fragmented past 2%?
does it occur when all is ended in task mgr? (except systray/explorer)
HTH, peace to ya :)

The hard drive is only half full and it is only occurring with this particular database. I am not too sure about the fragmentation of the HD and it doesn't matter what is running or what isn't.....it still is giving me the same problem. Would the HD being fragmented have anything to do with this?
Thanks,
Cale
