Access 97 Overflow error

I have a user that is trying to export data from an Access 97 database into an Excel spreadsheet by going File--> Export File. In the process of exporting, she is getting an error that simply states "Overflow". When you hit "OK", the process ends. I've verified that she has enough disk space to perform this process. Any ideas?

Disk space isn't likely the issue.
You've probably either got a field that exceeds Excels field size limit (ex: too many characters in a text field) or you're trying to bring too many rows (65536) or clomuns (256).
