Access 97, Oracle 8i, ASP connection - not a valid path message

I get the following message trying to connect to an Access Database on an Oracle Server when I try a few different ways. I can copy the database onto my local drive from the server in Windows explorer....
please help.

Database Results Error
Description: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] 'G:\Sysmandb\Sysman34.mdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.
