I want to create a simple asp site that accesses a database. Some people tell me that i must use access 2000 for it to work, while other people tell me i can use access 97 or 2000. Well which one is it? Is there an advantage of using over the other?

You can use either 97 or 2000, you just need to set up the ODBC link appropriately. For a simple asp site, there is no real gain in using 2000 over 97. You could start out using 97 and then if you find that your site is getting bigger or that you would like to use some of the features in 2000, then just convert the database to 2000. Ladyhawk. [idea]
