A few years back I was part of a team that developed an Access Front end and Back end database. It was a complexed database in that it was used for every component compliance as part of Y2K - everything had to be tested.

For future reference I zipped the database on to floppys, I have since been trying to Access the database. I have succesfully loaded the database but cannot read the database, cannot copy, cannot replicate, I have no permissions to do anything, I have tried all passwords that I recollect but no joy....

Some of the errors that I am getting are as follows:
You do not have permission to Run "Auto Exec".
No Read Permissions
No Open/Run Permissions

Currently running Access 97 on NT4 SP6.
The database was set with several User Ids and Passwords.
I have made this database part of the MS Access Workgroup Administrator, no joy. I have NT Admin permissions..

Any Ideas out there???
Please advise......

lostpassword.com and other sites like this can open the database for use.

Thanks for that....

But there is no password set....

I have used this application: lostpassword.com

But this is the reply I am getting:

Database password: no password is set
