I have an Access 97 database that I send to 30 users around the country. It has two label reports, one for Avery 5161 (1" x 4" 2-up labels) and one for Avery 8160 (1" x 2 5/8" 3-up labels).
Most users have no problems printing the labels, but a couple of users report that these labels "creep up" the page, meaning that, as you move down the page, the later rows of labels start to print on the perf between labels rather than aligning correctly vertically on the labels.
I've had the users verify the "Page Setup" Margins/Page/Columns values and they match what I am using.
I've had them use genuine Avery labels.
The problem users have an HP920 inkjet printer and an HP G85 multifunction printer.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Jeff C.
