Access 97 graph in report

I've designed a report that uses a query as its source for three fields: ID#, Date, TestResult.

The report is sorted by ID# and then date with a header for the ID#.

I'd like to insert a graph that shows the TestResult
(y axis) plotted against date (x axis) for each ID# (separate graph for each ID).

I thought that by placing the graph in the ID# header (or footer), it would know that I want to limit the results to just dates and test results for one specific ID#.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance for your expertise.
