I have a small Access 97 database with 8 or 9 linked tables. It works fine on Windows 98 machines, but no longer on Windows 95 and not on Citrix Metaframe 1.8 with Windows 2000 Terminal Server.

I get a VB code error. It keeps asking me to halt the code, but forcing through the error messages disables the VB function. If I rewrite it to work on Windows TS 2000, it no longer works on Windows 98 machines.

It worked before on Citrix, before I loaded Office 2000 (without Access 2000, of course.) I know about the problems with running two versions of Access, but we only have one loaded on the server, and I tried hard to make sure other components didn't load, and tried the workarounds listed on the Microsoft site. I must be missing a step.

Any ideas to get it back to running properly?

I solved the problem !

I deleted the Microsoft Jet 4.0 from the Windows Registry.
Then I re-registered the 3.5 jet.

It works now !

I think we may have the same problem.

How did you delete Jet 4.0 and re-register 3.5 please
