I'm trying to create a data-entry form that uses two subform/reports and need assistance - I'm running into a vapor-lock in thought process...
The first subform/report is a query that looks up in a table to give a list of records to use as entry into the form... The first field, when entered, limits Subform1 to the base of LEFT4 of the first field (first field is an account number) - after the Subform1 is requeried, the user can scoll down the list and select one of the records of Subform1 - on which case, Field2 and Field3 would automatically fill (Credit Company and Company ID assigned within the company)... Field4, Field5, and Field6 are Balance, Minimum payment, and Interest Rate respectively... After Field6 is entered, Field1-6 should erase to prepare for a new record and Subform2 should requery to reflect the new record entered...
Please advise as soon as possible to RLMBandit@aol.com...
