Access 97 and Windows Server 2003

I have a problem in that I am updating my servers from Windows 2000 Server to Windows 2003 Server.

I am having a problem with an Access 97 application that I run on a Terminal Server at the moment this runs fine but when I try and use open a form the access closes for no reason.

Please help I am switching my network to the new servers very soon.
