I am having trouble upgrading a NAM 4.1.05 with Access 6.02G to 4.1.05 Access 6.02H
The upgrade is required because of misdirects on calls to the AA going to individual mailboxes. This is a Centralized system on two MICS 6.1's
Here's my problem...
When I boot up the NAM with the boot disk, the backpack get accessed after about 1 minute and the NAM stops the upgrade and gives me "8 Descending tones" indefinitely.
The documentation says this means "Invalid or no Norstar Voice Mail 4.0 Security Key Code entered" ?? The code is there and if I try to re-enter it the response is "Identical Key" ?? This has me really stumped.
Is there a different key required for this type of upgrade? I beleive the existing key is from when they upgraded to 4.1 from 4.0. This is a 4.1 to 4.1 upgrade and I have not been able to find a solution.
I would really appreciate some guidence on this. Thanks.
