Hi,
I have an access 2k database with several tables linked via ODBC. These tables are coming from 2 sources.
My problem is that when I try to open these tables I get ramdom weird messages like "This action cannot be performed at this time" or "This table cannot be opened in Datasheet view". Additionally, if I actually do get a table open I cannot often close it because I get a message saying "This action will reset the current code in break mode."
If I click yes on this message it just pops up again.

I have tried this in different PCs and gotten the same weirdness. I do not suspect my ODBC drivers as this is happening with multiple sources/drivers.

I have run the Linked Table Manager and that seemed to do ome good for a while these symptoms keep occuring.

Are you opening the tables directly or looking at a query? If you're looking at a query it's possible that one of your fields uses a function that's throwing an error.

Other than that, I think I'm useless here. =============

I am opening the actual tables.
I have "fixed" the issue (sort of) by relinking all ODBC tables and making sure "save password" is unchecked.
I am prompted for a password but I have not had any further issues.

THANKS!
