I am working on a web application to be published to Access Services
I have several fields set to required at the table level that are lookup
fields. I use a macro to generate a new record and a save record button
to save the records but on save if the required fields are null I get no error message
but the table does not update. I tried using validation at the table level but
this is not allowed at for lookup fieds. Can I generate the error messages Macro's?
I don't see a clear option.

Hi Dyer01,

What is the macro command you are using? In the past I've made the mistake of saving the form (which does not save the record).
