Hi all,
Is there a way to change font color in individual fields in an Access 2010 table. When I've tried the formatting tools, it changes the entire contents of the table. I would like to be able to change font color by individual records or individual fields.

Thanks in advance for your help,
BH

Most people do not look into tables directly, normally it is a form. If you want nice formatting then build a form. With a bound form it would be easy to color specific controls. If you want different colors for each record based on a criteria then you will have to use conditional formatting. If you want to alternate colors then there is a property for that.

Thank you for your help - I'll look into using forms to accomplish this.
