Access 2010 sorting a calculated sum in a web report

Question:
Is it possible to SORT a calculated sum (i.e., expression) in a MS Access 2010 web report?

Details:
Before the sum can compute for display, a max function runs first at the web report footer level.

The calculated sum is formatted as a percentage and needs to display in descending order. Any ideas?
