I have downloaded Access 2010 (Beta) but I suspect my query would equally relate to Access 2007. I have build a report based directly on data in a table. All works fine but in the report I have two labels - one is simply a label with a black background and white text the other is an image (logo if you like .gif format file). The report has many other labels but when I print they all print except the label with a black background (back color - #000000) and white text (fore color - #FFFFFF)and the image. has anyone come across this and if so can you help and tell me how to overcome the problem please.

Try a different printer. We have a flaky HP 3800 here that prints all Access graphs as black squares - I can't duplicate your issue in Acc 2k7.

All I ask is a chance to prove that money can’t make me happy.
