I switched from Access 2007 to 2010. I never had any problems entering data in the 2007 version. Now all I get are errors saying "The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key or relationships. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again" . . . . . The information I am entering is NOT in the system right now.

Have you checked the table for indexes / primary keys?

How are you entering the data? via form / datasheet / query, direct into the table?
