Access 2010 - Embedded Macro Problem

I do not understand why an embedded macro that's to be executed on a click event runs when the form is loaded.

I stared to debug by converting to SQL code but have found failed conversion appears to be a bug in Access 2010.

Any ideas?

You may have some corruption. I would start by *importing* everything into a fresh new db and see if the problem follows.
