I am not able to make changes to my forms. I was told that Access 2010 has corruption problems. I have applied Office SP1 but I have not noticed any difference.

If I attempt to modify an existing form, the form cannot be saved and the database will not close unless I abandon the changes.

I tried to create a new blank database and import all my DB objects, but the new database works the same... I cannot change the forms.

Is there any solution?

Thank you.

How are ya hefly . . .

Sure sounds like corruption. Do you have the latest [blue]service pak[/blue] for your version of Access (not office)?

If you do ... then I'd [purple]reinstall![/purple]

Thank you AceMan. I will retry the SP1. I tried to open in Access 2007... same result. I created a new db in Access 2007, then imported all objects and data. I couldn't import one of my forms.

Yikes!!!

I just got off the phone with Microsoft Tech Support who offered the solution to my issue. For some reason the form proprty had been set to Contains Module = Yes.

There was no module, when trying to save changes to my form, the form looked for a module that wasn't there and wouldn't save changes.

By Changing the property to Contains Module = No, I was able to save changes.

Hope this saves someone else from grief.

Thanks all.
