Today I converted my first database from Access 2003 to Access 2010. Whenever I click on design mode the database shuts down. In access 2003 the database was set up to close when entering design mode (I couldn't figure out how to change it.). I converted the database by importing all the tables, forms, queries and modules from the access 2003 database. First I looked at the trust center and added the current directory and all the subfolders to the trust center. I also verified that from the options menu I have the enable design changes for tables in datasheet view.
Any help is this matter is greatly appreciated.

Did you by any chance import from a .mde and not a .mdb?

Beir bua agus beannacht!

I also tried importing into a new Dbase as well as converting from 2003 to 2007 does not work (especially VBA) how much code is there in yours?

Never give up never give in.

There are no short cuts to anything worth doing :)

No. I don't have any .mde files.
