Access 2007 - UNLOCK Form Fields 1

I am SO FRUSTRATED... I mean SO FRUSTRATED with 2007. I have a table that I created a form from. Now I want to adjust the form fields, make some smaller than they are, or narrower or wider or move one to a new location.... Customize the darn thing.... but it WILL NOT LET ME.

Each column is hard-wired.... locked, will NOT allow me to make customized changes to any one specific field or field label. I've looked for "unlock", I see "anchor" but it is not the same.

PLEASE HELP! What is the function I'm attempting to do in the first place (is there some new term I'm not privy to?) and because I am about to pull out my hair, is there a quick setting change I can make.

PLEASE!! OH MY GAWD! Its driving me IN-SANE!
