Access 2007 Startup

I guess I am just real Stupid. I can not find the startup options in Access 2007. i can find it easily in 2000, 2002, etc.
Where is the startup options in Access 2007?

Also, in Access 2007, I am trying to insert an object in an OLE field. In 2000 or 2002, I just right click on the field and click Insert Object or I just click on Insert on the tool bar and then click on New Object.

Where is this is Access 2007?

Help.

What about the Insert Object? Can you help with that?
